
Maddy has years of experience supporting children with SEN and teaching them to ride, with deep knowledge of equine and animal husbandry. You'll regularly find her on-site — supporting children, parents, and animals alike. Maddy is also Head of Safeguarding and Paediatrics First Aid Trained.

Hattie has been part of the Mother Natures Village team for two years. Hattie is an animal lover and keeps her own horses and dogs. Hattie loves working with the children and seeing their confidence and self belief grow and has a good interest and understanding in SEN.

Jana has been part of the team for many years and also has her own dogs and horses amongst studying. Ultra patient and understanding Jana is brilliant at connecting with children and loves working at MNV as she loves building core memories for our children and sharing the magic of animals.

Tilly is a team leader at MNV and the Queen of all things organised! Tilly loves caring for all the resident animals and teaching and helping our children care for them too. Paeds First Aid Trained with several years SEN experience.

Seb has a lifetime of supporting people with learning difficulties and several qualifications in supporting SEN and medical needs. Trained in equine psychology, Seb enjoys sharing this knowledge and understanding into learnings that our children can understand. Seb is also First Aid Trained.
